It connects to your own accounts
Your blog, your Page, your catalog. You connect them from the MOON Post dashboard, with each platform's own authorization, and you can disconnect them anytime. The exact steps are in the dashboard.
Three ways to get onto your site
You don't need WordPress to keep a blog up to date. Pick the option that suits you, all from the same settings block.
WordPress
The article is published directly through the official API, with the image set as the featured image.
- Connect it from the MOON Post dashboard
- You grant access yourself, from WordPress
- Revoke it anytime without asking us
Your own API
If your site already has an endpoint for posting articles, we'll use it. It takes priority over WordPress.
- Connected from the dashboard, with your site's authorization
- The image is sent as a public URL
- Your existing titles feed the duplicate check
Manual, ready to paste
For platforms without a blog API. MOON Post writes the article and leaves it in the dashboard, in a card you copy everything from.
- Copy the title, description and HTML, then download the image
- Facebook and Instagram still go out automatically
- Nothing to connect for the blog
We publish on your own Page
Facebook Page
A post with an image, or with a link to the article if the image couldn't be generated.
- Connect it from the dashboard, with Meta's authorization
- The test tells you right away if the access has the right permissions
- We only publish to the Page and never to a personal profile
Instagram business
Posts go to the account linked to your Facebook Page. An image is required here.
- A business account, linked to the Page
- The test checks which account is actually linked to the Page
- Without an image it can't be published, so it's skipped with an explanation
Google Business Profile
Every post also appears on your Google profile, with the image and a button to the article.
- Connect it from the dashboard, with Google's authorization
- If you have several locations, pick the right one
- Not included in the Light plan
Five ways to bring in your products
One button finds your platform and feed on its own, starting from your store's address. If you already use a feed for Google Merchant Center, Meta or TikTok, we use that one, so there's nothing new to build.
| Platform | How we read products | How you connect it |
|---|---|---|
| Gomag (a popular Romanian store platform) | API | From the dashboard, with Gomag authorization |
| WooCommerce | API | From the dashboard, with WooCommerce authorization |
| Shopify | Feed or API | Your product feed URL |
| PrestaShop | API | From the dashboard, with PrestaShop authorization |
| Any store with a feed | XML or CSV | The feed URL (Google Merchant Center, Meta, TikTok) |
Telegram, linked with a code
We don't build you a bot and you don't type any IDs. Click a button, get a code like MP-XXXXXX, send it to our bot, click “Verify” and you're done. The chat is linked.
- An alert for every new draft, with a button to the dashboard
- Approval stays in the dashboard, where you can see everything
- If you already have your own bot, we'll use yours
Email when it matters
Three kinds of email, each with its own switch. Turn them off separately without losing the others.
- You have a draft to approve
- Publishing failed, with the actual reason spelled out
- A connection dropped, before a post fails
What we do with the access you give us
- What you enter when connecting can't be read back. It only shows as a mask
- Every connection has a Test button that makes a real call and tells you what's not working
- Every night, a watchdog retests all connections and tells you what dropped
- One client's connections never reach another client. Each run loads its own configuration
- Revoke access anytime from WordPress, Meta or your store, without asking us
- Text and image generation run on our accounts. You don't sign up with AI providers or get separate bills from them
What isn't available today
We list it here so you don't find out after paying. It isn't included in any plan, and we don't promise dates.
Threads
API access isn't approved yet. It won't be part of any plan until it works.
