MOON Post has a three-level dashboard. Create an agency account, bring your clients into it, and keep a commission on every one of their subscriptions. You own the relationship and the invoice. We take care of the product, the AI keys and the maintenance. It works for service businesses and online stores alike: two offers, one dashboard.
Three levels, separate permissions
Everyone sees exactly what they need. A client can't see other clients, an agency can't see our settings, and we stay out of your business relationship.
The MOON account
That's us. We run the product, the AI models, pricing and maintenance. This is where plans actually get changed.
Your agency account
Your own agency code, your clients in a list, stats for each one, and your commission on the clients you brought in.
The client account
Clients see only what's theirs: keys, schedule, drafts to approve and their own history.
“Brought in by you” and “managed by you” are different things
A client can be brought in by you but managed by someone else, or the other way around. Commission follows who brought them in. Access follows who manages them. They're two separate settings, so nobody has to argue about it.

Open the dashboard exactly as your client sees it, so you can walk them through it on the phone without screenshots and without asking for their password. The server applies the client's permissions too, so this view can't do more than the client can.

What agencies ask us
It's set when we open your agency account, based on how many clients you bring, and it's locked for each client the moment you attach them. We don't publish it on the site because it isn't the same for everyone. Write to us and we'll give you the number for your situation.
Clients work in the dashboard and see the product name. If you want a version with your own brand, we can talk about it separately. It isn't included by default, and we don't want to promise something that isn't built.
We do. The text and image generation keys are ours, set up once in the MOON account. Each client is only assigned the model it uses. You don't have to manage accounts with AI providers or pay their bills.
The client stays where they're attached. If they switch agencies, they move with their full history, and the commission follows whoever brought them in, as agreed at the start. We won't take them over behind your back.
Yes. You can create a test agency with one button, with test clients in it, so you can see the whole dashboard without touching a real account. There's also “View dashboard as…”, which shows you the dashboard exactly as your client sees it, so you can explain it on the phone without screenshots or asking for their password.
