Everything between “what do I write today?” and the published post
MOON Post isn't a text generator you copy and paste from. It runs the whole workflow: it picks the topic, writes, creates the image, checks what it wrote, asks you, then publishes on your channels at your time.
It writes about what's happening now in your field
It starts from topics and news in your niche. For online stores, it starts from the next product in line in your catalog.
The authority workflow
For service businesses: articles that show you know your trade, with a call to action at the end that points to what you sell.
The catalog workflow
For online stores: one real product at a time, with its photo, price and link, plus related products from the same category. See the online stores page →
Topic memory
Every published topic is remembered. The next time it generates, the last 45 days are excluded from the start. For stores, a product doesn't come back for 60 days.
It reads your website
One button opens up to 25 pages of your site and works out your niche, tone, services and call to action. You see them on screen and fix them before they're saved.
It suggests topics
Another button gives you 12 headlines with their angle. Tick the ones you want, and they join the queue in your order. The prompt also sees what's already been written, so nothing repeats.
Your tone, your rules
At the start we set how it talks, which services it promotes and what it must never promise. You can change all of it anytime from the dashboard.
One topic, three texts, one image
The same topic produces the long blog article and the short versions for Facebook and Instagram. Each one is written separately, for the channel it goes to.
- A structured article with subheadings and real internal links to your pages
- A Facebook caption and an Instagram caption, with hashtags for your field
- The article's URL is added automatically at the end of the social posts
- An image generated with the article and converted to JPEG (Instagram doesn't accept PNG)
- Your logo on the image, uploaded by you or taken automatically from your Page
The image, with the client's logo
It's generated for every post, uploaded to our storage and served publicly, because Facebook and Instagram need to download it from a public address. Size and format are set in the settings.
The part we worked hardest on: what it won't let through
AI models sometimes get facts wrong and sound sure of them anyway. That's why a few checks that can't be turned off sit between generation and approval.
Made-up links get cut
Every external URL is actually requested, one by one. Any that don't respond are removed, and the text stays intact. We caught this on an article that had already gone live, which is why it's no longer allowed to cite an unchecked source.
Nothing invented about you
It's forbidden to make up services, prices, discounts or deadlines. For online stores, it writes strictly from the product's real data.
A missing image is never skipped silently
Generation is retried once. If it still fails, the draft is flagged with the reason, Facebook gets the post with a link, and Instagram is skipped with an explanation.
Every draft goes through your hands
Approval happens in the dashboard. Everything is visible there, you can edit it, and every decision shows up in your stats.
See the whole draft
Image, title, article, Facebook caption and Instagram caption, all on one screen.
Edit on the spot
Change any text right in the dashboard before approving. What gets published is exactly what you left.
Reject and restore
A rejected draft isn't lost. You can restore it later if the topic becomes relevant again.
Email or Telegram alerts
When a new draft is ready. The Telegram bot is linked with a code from a button, so you never type an ID.
You decide when it goes out
Three kinds of schedule, all built on the same idea: slots. A slot has a time, a set of days and its own channels. The scheduler checks every five minutes what's due.
Daily
One post a day, on the days you tick. Skip weekends or publish only on weekends.
Every few days
One post every 2 to 30 days. For a steady presence without high volume.
Intensive
Up to three posts a day, each with its own time, days and channels. For example, the blog in the morning and Instagram in the evening.
What you see after a post goes out
The full funnel
Generated → approved → published, by day. You'll see right away if you've fallen behind on approvals.
A watchdog on your connections
Every night all your keys are tested. An expired password shows up as a red badge in the dashboard and triggers an email before a post fails.
Keys that can't be read back
Keys can be entered but never viewed in the dashboard. Each set has a test button that makes a real call.
Role-based accounts
Owner, admin and user, plus agency and client accounts, each with separate permissions checked on the server.
“First steps” walks you through it
A pinned list at the top with the steps you haven't done yet. Each step is clickable and takes you straight to its card. It disappears once everything's done.
Want to see how it looks for your business?
We'll write a complete draft on your topic, or about one of your products, and show it to you exactly as it would appear in your dashboard.
