Already publishing on our agency's site

New articles and posts every day, without writing them yourself.

MOON Post writes the article, creates the image and sends it to your dashboard. Once you click Approve, it publishes it on your blog, Facebook and Instagram. Selling services? It writes about your field. Running an online store? It writes about your real products, pulled from your catalog.

Two kinds of businesses

Which one are you?

MOON Post works differently depending on what you sell. Pick yours and see exactly what you get.

🧠

You sell services

Articles that show you know your trade, built on real topics from your field, with a call to action at the end that points to what you sell. People find you on Google and land on your site instead of a competitor's.

  • Topics from your industry's news
  • It reads your website and learns your services
  • Real internal links to your pages
How it works
🛒

You run an online store

We sync your catalog, and MOON Post writes about one real product at a time: its photo set in a styled scene, related products with links, and price and stock pulled from your feed. Every post leads to a product page.

  • WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, Gomag (a popular Romanian store platform) or a product feed
  • It never writes about out-of-stock products
  • A “Goes well with” section from the same category

Why blogs go quiet

The hard part is posting regularly

Everyone knows they should write. The first two weeks go fine. Then an urgent project comes up, you skip a day, then a week, and the last post on your blog is from March. An abandoned blog makes a business look inactive. MOON Post keeps the schedule going for you.

🗓️

It shows up on every scheduled day

The scheduler checks every five minutes who has a post due. It doesn't depend on who feels like writing today or who's on vacation.

🔁

It doesn't repeat itself

Before writing, it checks the topics from the last 45 days on your account. For stores, it won't come back to the same product for 60 days.

✋

Nothing goes out by accident

The draft lands in your dashboard with the image, title, article and the Facebook and Instagram captions. You edit, approve or reject it. Without your approval, nothing is published.

The real cost

What a post really costs you

An article from a copywriter, with an image and separate social posts on top, is neither cheap nor fast. And if you write it yourself, it costs you hours every month.

With MOON Post, a complete post means the blog article, the image and separate captions for Facebook and Instagram. You don't pay extra per piece.

One topic, three channels

A day with MOON Post

One topic turns into three different texts, each written for where it ends up. The long article stays on your site, where it brings you traffic. Facebook and Instagram get the short versions, with a link back to you.

Meta has moved more and more of the decision-making into the algorithm. What's still in your hands is what you exclude.

We wrote in depth about exclusion audiences and what happens to your budget when you skip them. Full article: link in the post.

No brief needed

It reads your website and suggests topics

We won't ask you for a three-page brief. MOON Post opens your website, reads its pages and works out your niche, your tone, the services you sell and the right call to action. You see them on screen and fix them before saving. Nothing overwrites what you've set.

  • One button reads up to 25 pages of your site
  • Another suggests 12 headlines with an angle. You tick the ones you want written
  • Articles link to your real pages and to services you actually offer
  • We re-read your site when you change it, so MOON Post stays up to date

✓ What a Meta Ads lead really costs in 2026

✓ Three budget mistakes you only see after 30 days

✓ What to do with audiences that never converted

…and nine more. The ones you tick join the queue and become articles, in the order you choose.

Three steps

From zero to your first post in a day

1

Connect your accounts

Your blog and your Facebook Page with its linked Instagram account. Or your catalog, if you run a store. Each set of keys has a test button that tells you right away if something's wrong.

2

MOON Post reads your site

It works out your niche, tone and services on its own, and you fix anything you don't like. It takes about fifteen minutes, once.

3

Pick your schedule

Daily, every three days or in time slots, each with its own time, days and channels. Change it anytime from the dashboard.

What you get

From the first idea
to the published post

📰

Written for your field

It starts from news and topics in the industry you work in, so you don't get generic filler. Every article has a call to action tied to what you sell.

🔗

No made-up links

AI models sometimes produce source links that look real and lead to a 404. We check every one of them and remove the ones that don't respond. The rest of the text stays as it is.

🎨

A generated image with your logo

The image is created along with the article, and your logo goes on top, either uploaded in the dashboard or taken automatically from your Page. No logo set? The image comes out clean.

✅

Approval in the dashboard

See the whole draft: image, title, article, Facebook caption and Instagram caption. Edit it right there, then Approve, Reject or Restore.

🎯

Your call to action, your way

The closing line, the link it points to and its style (plain text, a link or a red button) are set once and appear on every article.

🛡️

A watchdog on your connections

Every night we check all your connections. If a password has expired, you'll see a red badge in the dashboard and get an email before a post fails.

⏰

A schedule built on slots

Daily, every few days or up to three posts a day, each with its own time, days and channels. Your blog is always on the list. You choose the rest.

📊

Stats and funnel

How many drafts were generated, approved, published or failed, with your approval rate, the channels they reached and your daily pace.

🔔

Alerts you can switch off

Email or Telegram when a draft is ready, when publishing fails and when a key stops working. Turn each one off separately if it bothers you.

The ground rule

Nothing is published until you click Approve

A bot that posts on its own under your name is a risk. With MOON Post, the draft stops in your dashboard and waits. If you don't approve it, it doesn't appear anywhere, and it doesn't get lost either.

  • You can edit the text right in the dashboard before approving
  • A rejected draft can be restored later. It doesn't disappear
  • If the image couldn't be generated, you're told why. The post is never skipped silently
  • Publishing only happens on that slot's channels

Questions

What everyone asks us

No. Every post stops in your dashboard as a draft and waits. You see all of it (image, title, article, Facebook and Instagram captions), you can edit it there, and it only goes out after you click Approve.

Yes, in three ways. If you have WordPress, we publish directly through its API. If your site has its own blog API, we use that. And if your platform has no API at all, which is common for online stores, MOON Post writes the article and leaves it in the dashboard ready to paste: you copy the title, description and HTML and download the image, while Facebook and Instagram still go out automatically.

Your real products. We sync your catalog from WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, Gomag or a product feed, and MOON Post picks one product at a time (in stock, with a link, not posted recently) and writes about it, with its photo set in a scene and two or three related products from the same category. The details are on the online stores page.

The text starts from real topics in your field, from your website's pages and from the tone we agree on at the start. It doesn't come from a template. And the last filter is you: every draft goes through your hands before it's published, exactly for this reason. We can't promise it will never be detected, but nothing goes out before you've read it.

This is where we worked hardest. The prompt forbids inventing services, prices, discounts or deadlines, and for stores it writes strictly from the product data. External links are checked one by one and removed if they don't respond, because a plausible source link that leads to a 404 is the most common mistake AI models make. And you still review every draft.

Before generating, it checks the topics published on your account in the last 45 days. For stores, a product doesn't come back for 60 days. It's not a hard guarantee, but it keeps your blog from repeating itself.

It tries once more. If it still fails, the draft is flagged in the dashboard with the reason, Facebook gets the post with a link to the article, and Instagram is skipped with an explanation, since Instagram can't publish without an image. Posts are never skipped silently.

Yes, anytime, from the dashboard. You can change the days, the time or the channels, or pause everything. Ending the subscription follows our terms, but you can stop publishing at any moment without asking us.

See a post written for you first

Tell us your field or your store's address, and we'll prepare a complete draft on your topic: article, image and social captions. You read it, and only then do we talk about a subscription.
